If an asbestos-containing material is in good condition, we will always provide honest, impartial advice, as in some cases managing or encapsulating the material may be a safer and more cost-effective solution than removal.

For higher-risk materials such as pipe lagging, sprayed coatings and asbestos insulating board, yes, the work must be done by an HSE-licensed contractor. Lower-risk materials may be non-licensed or notifiable non-licensed work. We assess this for you and never over-specify the job.
It depends on the material, quantity, access and how it is disposed of. We give a clear written quote after a survey or from photos, so there are no surprises.
A typical domestic asbestos cement garage roof is one of our most common jobs and is usually completed in a single visit. We quote per job once we know the size and access.
Many domestic jobs are completed in a day. Larger or phased commercial programmes are scheduled around your operations. We give you a clear timescale with your quote.
Usually not. The work area is sealed off under controlled conditions so the rest of the property or building can carry on as normal. We will tell you if any area needs to be vacated.
